  • Sussex County Federal Credit Union will host "A Summertime Beach Party" on Aug. 14 to benefit patients at the Nanticoke Cancer Care Center.


    This event will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Heritage Shores, 23 White Pelican Court, Bridgeville.


    Cancer survivors will be celebrated through several activities and each attendee will receive a 2012 Horizon of Hope Basket, dinner, and a premiere of Longaberger holiday products.


    Tickets are $65 each and can be purchased by calling (302)-628-1132.
