State police have arrested a 22-year-old Bridgeville woman accused of helping to rob a Seaford-area deli at knifepoint on Saturday.
Kylee N. Davis was armed with a knife when she and a male accomplice demanded money from two female employees at the the Middleford Deli at 10056 Middleford Road about 5:10 p.m., according to Delaware State Police spokesman Sgt. Paul Shavack.
After the victims turned over an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, Davis and the man fled the area in a Chevrolet Trailblazer registered in Delaware, Shavack said.
No injuries were reported.
Police later found a vehicle matching the description of the provided by the victims parked on Mill Park Drive in the Coverdale neighborhood, southeast of Bridgeville.
Troopers found Davis on foot in the nearby area and were able to connect her to the arm robbery, Shavack said.
Davis is charged with first-degree robbery, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, second-degree conspiracy and terroristic threatening.
She is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $15,000 cash bond.
Shavack said investigators are still attempting to identify Davis' male accomplice.
