A 47-year-old Harbeson-area man was arrested Thursday after his parole officers found him in possession of heroin, cocaine and marijuana, police said.
A Delaware State Police spokesman officers from the Sussex County Governor's Task Force joined Probation and Parole officers on an administrative check at the home of Maurice C. Gordon Jr., a Level III probationer.
During the 7 p.m. search of Gordon's home in the 22000 block of Hurdle Ditch Road, the officers confiscated 31 grams of heroin, 1 gram of marijuana, 0.5 grams of cocaine and $966 in suspected drug proceeds, police said.
Gordon is charged with multiple counts of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as a charge of possession with intent to deliver heroin.
He is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institute in Georgetown on a $121,000 secured bond, police said.
