  • Charles Byron Pepper, age 71, of Georgetown, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2012 at home.

    Charles was born in Georgetown, son of the late Paul John and Isabelle (Green) Pepper.
    He was a computer analyst with the State of Delaware.
