State Rep. Ruth Briggs King (R-Georgetown) is sponsoring the 1 p.m. meeting, which will feature Deputy State Attorney General Greg Strong and a representative from the Delaware Insurance Department.
Strong, who recently was named director of the Delaware Consumer Protection Unit, will discuss the state's rental assistance program, the Council on Manufactured Housing and how the consumer protection office enforces rules in manufactured housing communities.
Officials from the insurance department will discuss what the owners of manufactured homes can do if they encounter problems acquiring homeowners insurance.
