Obit: Richard L. Pepper

Richard L. Pepper of Georgetown passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. He was 77.

Richard was born in Georgetown, the son of the late Dale R., Sr. and Marie (Rogers) Pepper. He worked as town manager for several years then was a supervisor for Delaware D.O.T., Ellendale Yard. He was an avid gardener, enjoyed rabbit hunting and attending Shore Bird Games.
