Two men and a woman are facing drug-related charges following a drug raid in the Long Neck-area on Tuesday.
A several months-long investigation into illegal drug sales culminated in police executing a search warrant at a home in the 29000 block of White Street about 6 a.m., according to Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier.
Darnell T. Brown, a 24-year-old Millsboro resident, Yasmine R. Brown, a 26-year-old Millsboro resident and Jamarr Campbell, a 35-year-old Wilmington resident, all were taken into custody, Fournier said.
Police also reportedly found more than 24 grams of heroin packaged in 963 bags, 6.8 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and more than $3,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
Campbell and Yasmine Brown each are charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.
Darnell Brown is charged with possession of heroin and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Yasmine Brown is being held at the Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in Wilmington in default of a $26,500 secured bail.
Campbell is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown in lieu of a $76,500 cash bail, while Darnell Brown is being held in the same facility on a $2,500 secured bail, police said.
