Hundreds of children will be canvasing the grounds at the Marvel Carriage Museum in Georgetown on March 30 during the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce’s 13th annual Easter Egg Hunt.
The festivities are set to kickoff at 11 a.m., with egg hunts staggered by age group starting at noon.
Children of all ages are welcome to attend the free event, which will feature games, train rides, a moon bounce, face painting and the opportunity to take a photo with the Easter Bunny.
Children are encouraged to bring their own baskets for the egg hunts, which will include more than 6,000 eggs hidden on the museum grounds.
Children between the ages of 3 and 10 also can participate in a coloring contest in advance of the Easter Egg Hunt.
A coloring page can be found on the chamber’s website at georgetowncoc.com.
Entries must be dropped off at the chamber office at 229 E. Market St. in Georgetown or mailed to P.O. Box 1, Georgetown, DE 19947 by March 25 to be eligible.
Winners in four age groups will be announced during the Egg Hunt.
