Filadelfo Perez-Barrios, 38, of Georgetown, was stopped by police around 9 p.m. after his vehicle allegedly crossed the fog line several times on West Market Street. Police said Barrios was given a breath test that yielded a blood alcohol content of .217. Police said Barrios was issued traffic citations and released to a sober driver.

Pedro Barrios-Garcia, 28, of Georgetown was also stopped by police around 9 p.m. after his vehicle allegedly almost struck another vehicle head-on while traveling on North Race Street. Police said Garcia was given a breath test that yielded a blood alcohol content of .245. Police said Garcia was issued traffic citations and was released to a sober driver.
