  • A 38-year-old Georgetown woman is facing theft charges after she allegedly used an ATM card without the card owner's permission.
Police said Kimberly D. Blake was taken into custody on Wednesday at about 8:45 a.m. for an incident that occurred in March. Police said Blake is alleged to have used a PNC ATM card belonging to a 63-year-old Georgetown resident. Police said Blake was able to remove money from the victim's account. Police said Blake came into possession of the card through a third party whom, at the time, had permission to use the card.
Blake was charged with felony theft and unlawful use of a credit card. She was released on an unsecure bond with a future court date.
