  • A 36-year-old Seaford man is accused of robbing a pizza delivery person on Aug. 25 around 9:20 p.m. on Mill Park Drive near Bridgeville.
According to the Delaware State Police, the 43-year-old female victim, who works for Papa John's Pizza, was making a delivery to an unrelated residence. After making the delivery, police said she backed out of the driveway and was in the middle of the road when James K. Jubilee allegedly approached her driver's side window and asked if she had change. Police said as Jubilee opened his wallet, as if to get money for the exchange, he allegedly reached into the victim's vehicle and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash from her hand before fleeing toward some nearby trailers. Police said the victim was not injured in the incident.
Police said while they were on the scene of the incident, Jubilee, who matched the description given by the victim, was seen walking in the area. He was taken into police custody and charged with second degree burglary. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute on $5,000 secured bond.
