  • The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Delaware in Lewes’ recent move to the Fred Thomas Building on DuPont Avenue brings the program a new home with expanded classroom space.
The move coincides with the beginning of the Osher Lewes June session that offers 34 classes on a variety of subjects over four weeks. The session begins June 3 and classes include Delaware’s Naval Heritage, Beginning and Intermediate Computer, Crash Course on Plant-Based Eating, and more.
Information about registration, courses, instructors, and the program is available at www.lifelonglearning.udel.edu/lewes or call Osher Lifelong Learning at (302) 645-4111. The cost of the June session is $50 per person. Registration and payment is available online or by mail or in person at the Osher Lewes office, Room 109, Fred Thomas Building, 520 DuPont Avenue, Lewes, Del. 19958.
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes at the University of Delaware are membership organizations that provide opportunities for adults 50 and over to learn, teach, and travel with their peers. There are no academic requirements for admission. There is, however, a modest membership fee.
