A 44-year-old Georgetown woman was arrested on June 1 for allegedly trespassing in an abandoned residence on Cedar Street.
According to the Georgetown Police Department, officers were summoned to the 200 block of Cedar Street in reference to a possible burglary in progress at an abandoned residence that is boarded up. Police said upon arrival they located Kimberly Micciche trying to climb out of a window of the residence. Police said Micciche was taken into custody with no further incident.
Police said Micciche was just arrested on May 19 for trespassing at the same residence. As a result of the arrest in May, Micciche was ordered not to return to the property as part of her bond. Police said Micciche was charged with criminal trespass and breach of release. She was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of bond.
