According to the Delaware State Police, the crash occurred around 11 p.m. as two pedestrians, 45-year-old Grant D. Kinkade Sr. of Westminster, Md. and 64-year-old Robert L. Rust Jr. of Lutherville, Md., attempted to cross Lighthouse Road, east of Dukes Road. Police said as the men walked from the north to the south side of the road, they walked in front of an eastbound 2008 Jeep Wrangler operated by 57-year-old Timothy L. Frank of Reisterstown, Md.
