Residents are asked to clean out their garages, cluttered shelves and cabinets, as several donations are needed for the Sept. 21 Millsboro Country Festival, held at the Millsboro Little League Park.

Residents are asked to clean out their garages, cluttered shelves and cabinets, as several donations are needed for the Sept. 21 Millsboro Country Festival, held at the Millsboro Little League Park.

Anything old, worn out, rusty or country-themed is welcome. Among the items needed are bib overalls, flannel shirts, checkered fabric, old tires, fishing poles, TV remotes and Christmas lights, among other items.

Donations may be dropped off from 7 a.m. to noon July 20 at Airbase Carpet Mart, located at 28587 Dupont Boulevard in Millsboro. Donations may be dropped off anytime to Nikki Gallaher at Hunter Mobile Homes, located at 3 John B Drive in Millsboro. The Millsboro Country Festival is an annual event that will feature a car, truck and tractor parade, live music, food, games and a beer garden, among other things.
