Beebe Medical Center congratulates its 2012 RN residents on the completion of its first year as nurses.
"The RN Residency program gave us the opportunity to meet with other graduates that we could relate to," says Elizabeth Theil, RN, resident in the Women's Health Pavilion. "Sharing our struggles and triumphs was helpful in improving ourselves and preparing for our future careers as nurses."
Natalie Smolko, RN, Resident in the Intensive Care Unit, said, "Knowing that I was a new graduate from the residency program, everybody in the intensive care unit made an effort to take me under their wing," she said. "They always reached out and asked me if I ever needed help with anything."
