  • A 32-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, both of Georgetown, were arrested Aug. 29 after police found them to be in possession of hypodermic syringes and heroin.
According to the Georgetown Police Department, Ernest Doney and Joanna Wagner were observed by police around 11:30 p.m. sitting on a bench on E. Market Street, and they were slumped over.
