Beebe Medical Center will host a tool drive to support the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity Oct. 21-25.
This month, Beebe is working with Habitat to collect a variety of tools to build two houses in Georgetown. A collection bin will be in the lobby by the patient pick-up traffic circle, near the emergency department at the medical center in Lewes.
Here is a list of some of the approved tools:
3M dust mask (N95 rating); box cutter blades; box cutters; carpenters pencils; caulk (white); DAP Brand preferred white; chalk line; cleaning supplies; bleach; box of rags; simple green; sponges; contractor trash bags; framing hammers; first aid supplies; paint supplies.
