  • A Delaware State University student has been jailed following an investigation into a sexual assault complaint.
    Andre Lamar Henry, 21, was arrested Oct. 23 by DSU Police, according to documents released by Justice of the Peace Court 7, Dover.
    The alleged assault took place Oct. 21 on campus at the University Village apartment complex and was reported on Oct. 23.
    Henry was charged with both second-degree and fourth-degree rape and ordered held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna, in default of a $20,000 secured bond.
