  • Boys Basketball
    Sussex Central 69, Smyrna 70
    The Sussex Central boys basketball squad fell short of a come-from –behind victory, losing to Smyrna 70-69 on Friday, December 13. Shyheim Ayers led the way for Central scoring a game-high 27 points in the loss. The Golden Knights are back on the hardwood Thursday night when they host the Dover Senators.
    Delmarva Christian 44, St. Thomas More 47
    The Delmarva Christian boys basketball squad fell to St. Thomas More 47-44 on Monday, December 9. Hamilton Schlabach led the way for the Royals scoring a team-high 12 points in the loss.
    Delmarva Christian 60, Gunston Day School (Md) 32
    Delmarva Christian defeated Gunston Day School (Md.) 60-32 on Wednesday, December 11. Schlabach led the way again for the Royals scoring a team-high 17 points in the victory.
    Delmarva Christian 33, Wilmington Christian 65
    The Delmarva Christian boys fell to Wilmington Christian 65-33 on Friday, December 13. Schlabach led the way for the Royals scoring nine points in the loss. The Royals will take on Salisbury School on Tuesday after our press time, but return to the hardwood to take on Conrad on Thursday afternoon.
     
    Girls Basketball
    Sussex Tech 37, Polytech 45
    The Sussex Tech Ravens girls basketball team fell to Polytech 45-37 on Friday, December 13. The Raven will play Delmar Monday and Lake Forest on Tuesday after our press time before traveling to Smyrna on Thursday night.
    Delmarva Christian 27, St. Thomas More 50
    The Delmarva Christian girls basketball squad fell to St. Thomas More 50-27 on Monday, December 9. Bailey Kinnikin was the leading scorer for the Royals posting 14 points in the loss. The Royals are back in action Tuesday against Salisbury School (Md.) after our press time, but return to the hardwood Saturday when they take on Delaware Military Academy.
     
    Boys Swimming
    Sussex Tech 66, Cape Henlopen 104
    The Sussex Tech boys swim team fell to Cape Henlopen 104-66 on Thursday, December 12. Gray Venables led the way for the Ravens winning both the 50m freestyle and 100m freestyle in the loss.  The Ravens are back in the pool on Thursday when they take on rival Sussex Central.

    Sussex Tech 53, Cape Henlopen 117
    The Sussex tech girls swim team fell to Cape Henlopen 117-66 on Thursday, December 12. Brianna Hall and Corrine Stewart led the way for the Ravens winning the 50m freestyle and 100m freestyle respectively. The Ravens are back in action on Thursday when they take on rival Sussex Central
