DNREC officials said the hunter, who became lost while tracking a deer, was located and treated for mild hypothermia.

A few days earlier, on Dec. 10, DNREC Fish and Wildlife agents arrested 23-year-old Matthew Oddo of Millsboro for failure to register an antlerless deer within the required 24-hour period. Oddo was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 3 in Georgetown. He was released pending trial at a later date.
