  • An unidentified man was critically injured in a March 15 fire at an Overbrook Shores residence in Milton.
    According to the Delaware Fire Marshal’s Office, the fire, reported just after 3:30 a.m., occurred in the 30000 block of East Mill Run. The Lewes Fire Company found the home engulfed in flames. One man, a resident in the home, was rushed to Beebe Healthcare and was later transferred via helicopter to the Crozer Burn Center in Upland, Pa. He was admitted in critical condition.
    State officials have yet to determine the fire’s origin and cause. Damages are estimated at about $300,000. There were no other reported injuries.
