  • Habitat for Humanity and members of the local building industry partnered for the Home Builders Blitz from June 9-11 to help complete the exterior of two homes in Georgetown.
Through three 12-hour days, Dave Lawson led the crew of professionals, while Lessard Builders and Saez & Sons brought in teams of professional labor for the build.
Each Habitat partner family adult works 250 “sweat equity” hours as part of their partnership with Habitat for Humanity. The two houses located in Georgetown Point will be the homes of Martiria Mendez Chavez and her family and Jamie Bowden and her children.
