On Mon. March 8, police officers from Selbyville located and took into custody, Rafael E. Santiago, 25, of Georgetown, at the Mountaire Poulty Plant on Hosier Street.

Santiago was wanted by Georgetown police on an attempted murder warrant.

The warrant was a result of a domestic violence incident involving another family member, which allegedly occurred earlier the same day, according to Lt. Lawrence Grose, of the Georgetown police.

He was taken into custody without incident, and turned over to officers from Georgetown Police Department, where he was arraigned and eventually incarcerated at Sussex Correctional Institute.
