DelDOT to close Polly Branch bridge, in Selbyville

The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will close the bridge over Polly Branch on Pepper Road between McCabe Road and Cemetery Road in Selbyville for the replacement of the box culvert.  The new culvert will enhance drainage and improve safety.

The closure will occur on Monday, March 22.  The road will be open on Friday, May 7, pending weather. 

 Detour southbound:  Pepper Road southbound to McCabe Road onto U.S. 113 south to Cemetery Road and back to Pepper Road
 Detour northbound:  Pepper Road northbound to Cemetery Road west onto U.S. 113 north to McCabe Road east to Pepper Road
