Congressional Medal of Honor recipient to speak at AmVets Veterans Day ceremony

AmVets Post 2, in Long Neck, will hold a Nov. 11 Veterans Day ceremony at 11 a.m.; the keynote speaker will be Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, Vietnam veteran and post member David Charles Dolby.

Dolby served five tours of duty in Vietnam. 1965-66, 1st Air Cavalry Div. Airmobile (awarded the CMH by President Johnson); 1967, 101st ABN - Screaming Eagles; 1969, 75th Rangers, 173rd ABN; 1970, Advisor with Vietnamese Rangers; 1971, Green Berets - Cambodian Army.

The ceremony will take place at the post, 32592 Long Neck Rd., Millsboro. For more information, call 302-745-6832.
