The Chandler Heights Community Center, in Seaford, will join First State Community Action Agency to host a celebration of National Employ Older Workers Week on Sept. 30 at 1:30 p.m.
The event, which will include a light lunch, is taking place toe celebrated and honor older workers, employers, training-site and project staff supporting the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP).
SCSEP is funded through the U.S. Department of Labor and Delaware's Department of Health & Social Services. In Sussex, the program's services are administered by First State Community Action Agency.
