Senior Community Service Employment Program is seeking non-profit organizations with 501(c)(3) status and government agencies to host individuals 55 and older for on-the job-training.
The program runs for 20 hours a week from three months to a year. The program is free to organizations and government agencies.

The Senior Community Service Employment Program is authorized by the Older Americans Act and funded through the U.S. Department of Labor and Delaware’s Department of Health and Social Services Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities.
In Sussex County, program services are administered by First State Community Agency.
