Emily Aisquith and Kaya White, employees with SoDel Concepts, recently won accolades as a result of Coastal Style magazine’s annual readers poll.
Aisquith received the Best Server in Sussex County honors, and White was named Best Bartender in Sussex County.
Aisquith, who was 15 when she started bussing tables, has been in the business for more than 10 years, nearly three of which she’s spent with SoDel Concepts. She transferred from Matt’s Fish Camp in Bethany Beach to the new Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar in Rehoboth Beach to help train the new staff by setting the example.
White, who’s been in the hospitality business since she was 14, is a bartender at Papa Grande’s Coastal Taqueria in Fenwick Island. She graduated from the University of Delaware in May.
