Peace Week Delaware will begin with a peace march and rally set for 3 p.m. Sept. 16 at 1812 Memorial Park, located on Front Street and Savannah Road in Lewes, and will proceed up Front Street to Canalfront Park at intersection of Shipcarpenter and Front streets.

The peace rally will start at about 3:30 p.m. at Canalfront Park.

The Lewes/Rehoboth Peace Week Coalition also announced Peace Week events:

— Worship service: 10 a.m. Sept. 17 at Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware, 30486 Lewes-Georgetown Highway.

— Peace-themed movie and discussion: 7 p.m. Sept. 18 at Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware.

— Justice and Activism 101 workshop: 6:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Metropolitan Community Church of Rehoboth, 19369 Plantation Road, Rehoboth Beach. The workshop introduces ways

to get involved in justice work. Workshop leader will be the Rev. Elder Diane Fisher, of MCC Rehoboth.

Donations for Syrian refugee children of school supplies, personal hygiene products, children's clothing and rain boots will be accepted from 1 to 3 p.m. Sept. 15, 16, 17, 22, 23 and 24 at Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware and at10 Sheffield Road, Rehoboth Beach.

Peace Week displays will be held Lewes Public Library, 111 Adams Ave.; Georgetown Public Library, 123 W. Pine St.; Frankford Public Library, 8 Main St.; and South Coastal Public Library, 43 Kent Ave., Bethany Beach.
