Delaware State Police have arrested one juvenile on multiple drug charges while a second juvenile suspect remains at large.

On Thursday, August 9, at 4:30 p.m., troopers received a criminal mischief complaint in which the victim reported her cousin had kicked her car door, causing a dent, after an argument. Officers later responded to the 21000 block of Mill Park Drive, in Bridgeville, in an attempt to locate the suspect, 17-year-old De'Andre Barham, of Selbyville. An odor of marijuana was detected and troopers asked both juveniles to exit the vehicle.

When Barham was found to be in possession of crack cocaine (approximately .052 grams), he fled on foot. Massey remained at the scene. A search of the vehicle was conducted and yielded over six grams of marijuana, two 30 milligram oxycodone pills, 771 bags of heroin (approximately 5.397 grams) and over $4500 in suspected drug proceeds.
