Culotta 92, Fulton 77 in election for eight-month term

F. Todd Culotta was elected in Milford's Aug. 23 special election. With 92 votes, he will fill the Ward II council seat left vacant by the resignation of James Burk. He will serve the remaining eight months of Burk's term.

His opponent, Andrew Fulton, received 77 votes.

Culotta will be sworn in prior to the city council meeting Sept. 10 at 7 p.m.
