Five rounds hit house, car
Delaware State Police are investigating a shots-fired incident that occurred Tuesday evening.
The incident occurred at 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, when troopers were dispatched to the 24000 block of Concord Pond Road for a shots-fired complaint. They made contact with a 26-year-old male who advised an unknown subject or subjects passed the residence and fired multiple shots. Several people were outside, but the homeowner and two children were inside during this incident. There were no reports of injuries.
Further investigation revealed that two rounds struck the residence, while two rounds struck a Kia and a fifth round struck a Chevy Impala. Both vehicles were parked.
The suspect vehicle was described as a silver and white newer-style car.
