Renew Your Heart and Mind will host a free insomnia relief workshop from 2 to 5 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Lewes Public Library, 111 Adams Ave.

The workshop will cover 10 scientific ways to optimize sleep, including light therapy and diets and exercises. Attendees will also learn how to use self-hypnosis, breathwork and bedtime relaxation techniques to fall asleep quickly.
