Seventeen Sussex County high school students attending a summer Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) program worked on a project with the engineering technologies department at Delaware Technical & Community College, Owens Campus.

The Georgetown Public Library is transitioning to its new digs. Moving about a block away, the new library will allow more storage, reading rooms, a large children's room, event hall and much more.

In ceremonies held June 9 at East Millsboro Elementary and June 10 at Long Neck Elementary, the Greater Millsboro Kiwanis Club awarded certificates and other prizes to first and second graders as part of its 15thannual Terrific Kids Program.
