First State Community Action Agency is now accepting applications for their 2010 Summer Enrichment Camp. The Summer Camp begins June 28th until July 28th and is opened to Sussex County youth ages 8-16 (seven year olds can attend on the conditions they’ll turn eight during the summer).
Camp activities will be held Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 3:30 pm at the Richard Allen School in Georgetown with field trips every Friday. Participants will enjoy recreational activities (basketball, soccer, swimming, and other field games) and enrichment classes (Art, Drama and Culture, Alcohol Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD), Culinary Arts, Field Trip Jeopardy, Computerclasses, Entrepreneurial courses, and more).
