Graduating honors include Distinguished Graduate of the Virginia Military Institute. Cadet Dolbey's parents are Mr. & Mrs. Stephen M. Dolbey.
VMI, which has an enrollment of more than 1,500 cadets, is the nation's oldest state-supported military college. U.S. News and World Report has ranked VMI among the top three undergraduate public liberal arts college for the last eight years.
