Ongoing drug investigation leads to four arrests in Milton

On Monday, March 1, the Delaware State Police Sussex County Drug Unit executed a search warrant on East Circle Drive in Milton. The unit was following up on an ongoing drug investigation.

Upon entering the home, the troopers found and seized approximately 17 grams of marijuana, an undisclosed amount of prescription pills, approximately 7.2 grams of powdered cocaine, an undisclosed amount of cash, and various drug paraphernalia.

All suspects at the residence were taken into custody. Kristopher Patterson did actively resist troopers when they attempted to place him in custody.

As a result of the investigation all four suspects at the residence were charged with various drug related charges.

Stanly Peace was formally charged with: possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (felony),  delivery of a narcotic (felony), maintaining a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance (felony),  and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor). Peace was arraigned and committed to Sussex County Correction Institute in lieu of $5,500 secured bail.

Castellani was arraigned and committed to The Baylor Women’s Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,750 secured bail.

Kristopher Patterson was formally charged with:  possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (felony), maintaining a vehicle for keeping a controlled substance (felony), second degree conspiracy (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), and resisting arrest (misdemeanor). Patterson was arraigned and committed to Sussex County Correction Institute in lieu of $8,000 secured bail.

Christine Miller was formally charged with: possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (felony), second degree conspiracy (felony), and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor). Miller was arraigned and committed to The Baylor Women’s Correctional Facility in lieu of $6,500 secured bail.
