Robert Cole, 31, of Dover, did not return to prison on Monday, March 1.
Law enforcement officials are seeking information on Cole's location so that he can be returned to prison.
Cole is 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair with a tattoo on his right arm. He was incarcerated for criminal non-support.
