The Delaware Tech Terry Campus unveiled its new surgical lab to faculty and staff on Friday, Jan. 20.
The school's new surgical technology program will begin during the summer semester.
Seventy-two students are currently taking prerequisites for the program. In May, 12 will be selected to begin the program.
The surgical technology lab is a fully equipped classroom where students will learn skills to pass their clinical exams, and includes an interactive projector, audio/visual system with laptop, cameras and microphones.
Delaware Tech Terry Campus is located at 100 Campus Drive, in Dover.
