Delaware State Police have arrested an 18-year-old woman on charges that she allegedly sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy.
Troopers arrested Tabitha J. Hritz, of Millsboro, late Monday evening (Dec. 7) and charged her with the sexual assault of a 10-year-old. The incident was reported to state police last month when the victim was talking to a counselor about his poor performance in school. State police said that Hritz allegedly sexually assaulted the boy at his home.
Hritz was in a relationship with the victim’s father when the assaults occurred, investigators said.
Troopers collected evidence and charged Hritz with 18 counts of first-degree rape and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. She was committed to WCI in default of $95,000 cash bond.
