Republican candidate Christine O'Donnell will announce her intention to seek Joe Biden's former U.S. Senate seat at a Wednesday press conference in Wilmington.
First O'Donnell faces a September primary challenger, Congressman Mike Castle.
The announcement will take place at 10:30 a.m. at the University of Delaware, Wilmington Campus, Academy of Lifelong Learning, 2700 Pennsylvania Ave., in Wilmington.
