Milton police have re-arrested a Seaford teen, who now faces 59 charges for allegedly violating an order of no-contact with the victim in a Dec. 15 shooting incident along Harbeson Road.

Investigators had originally arrested the 18-year-old Seaford man in mid-December, charging him with first-degree attempted murder in a Dec. 15 shooting incident along Harbeson Road, near the Heritage Creek development, in Milton. Police said Ramos fired shots from his car at another vehicle and then fled the area.

He was facing charges of attempted murder, three separate counts of weapons possession, reckless endangering and conspiracy, and had been committed to SCI in default of $101,000 secured bond, pending a preliminary hearing.

Milton police, however, said they learned that Ramos had been in contact by phone and possibly by letter with a victim in the Dec. 15 shooting, and executed a search warrant at a Hudson Road home, where they found Ramos and 20-year-old Shikia Perrin, of Milton, who they said is a fugitive in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Ramos was charged with 59 counts of felony violation of a no-contact order, and taken back to SCI in default of $59,000 cash, pending a preliminary hearing.

Perrin was also committed to SCI, pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
