I am sending this letter in hopes it will be heard. I just want everyone who has lost [someone] this year to know they are thought of and are not alone.

It's been a rough year in Delaware. Many of us will be trying to celebrate our first Christmas without someone we love beside us. I want to send my warmest holiday wishes to all the families who have suffered tragic loses this year, my prayers are with you.

To the Spicer, Gill, Jester, Tate, Mallory families, all of the other families missing ones they love and to my family, the Huffs, I am so sorry we cannot have the one gift we want most.

It was a gift to of had these people in our lives and they will be spending Christ's birthday with him this year. I urge everyone to be safe this holiday and remember to be thankful for your family.
