Gulf Coast Aid benefit wildly successful!

Jul 15, 2010 @ 01:10 PM
The DE Gulf Coast Aid benefit concert was held Wednesday, July 14 in Dewey Beach; and while it was raining on and off, that didn't stop thousands of residents from attending. The event helped raise money for those affected by the Gulf Coast oil spill and judging by the crowds it was a success.

More than 1,000 people crowded the beach at 5:30 p.m. for the benefit - donating money to gain entry. The funds will go to help residents on the Gulf coast affected by the oil spill.
