The DIAA's individual wrestling championship tournament kicks off Friday, Feb. 26, 4 p.m. at Sussex Central, in Georgetown. The second day of the tourney begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Sussex Central's squad is looking strong headed into competition, coming off a fine showing in the dual-meet championships on Feb. 23, where they lost in the final to St. Mark's.

Also vying for individual titles will be wrestlers from Sussex Tech, which fell to Caesar Rodney at the state meets on Tuesday, as well as Indian River. The Indians bowed out of action with a semifinal loss to Caravel.
