You may have noticed a lot of Olympic athletes wearing mysterious colored tape on their bodies. The tape is called Kinesio tape. According to BusinessInsider.com, its inventor is Japanese chiropractor and acupuncturist Dr. Kenzo Kase. He claims the elastic tape supports muscles without restricting movement, like other tape, and reduces pain. Click the link above to read more.

It's that time of the year again to consume hours on end watching Shark Week, observing the world's most terrifying and intriguing aquatic species in its natural habitat. In honor of Shark Week's 25 years of fright and delight, the engineers behind the festivities created an aquatic version of the Volkswagen Beetle that also functions as a shark cage.
