Georgetown theater group Dreamers United will open with the new and original inspirational production “A Celebration of Black History: Triumph Through Struggle” at Possum Hall on Saturday.

The final show is Sunday.

“Triumph Through Struggle,” written by Millsboro resident Rosa Barnes, is a production featuring excerpts from acclaimed black plays, poetry, comedy, dance and traditional gospel to contemporary tunes to show how black people have been resilient throughout their history in America.

Dreamers United is an affiliate of the Possum Point Players theater organization.
