The 12th annual Gardening for the Bays Native Plant Sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 30 at James Farm Ecological Preserve, 30048 Cedar Neck Road, Ocean View.

The 12th annual Gardening for the Bays Native Plant Sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 30 at James Farm Ecological Preserve, 30048 Cedar Neck Road, Ocean View.

Native flowers, ferns, grasses, trees and shrubs will be for sale. The event will include a bird walk at 8 a.m.; a Delaware Master Gardeners presentation at 10:15 a.m.; and exhibits, a children’s tent and expert gardening advice. The Good Earth Market will sell breakfast, lunch and snacks.

The event is sponsored by the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays. Participating nurseries include Inland Bays Garden Center, Roots Nurseries Inc., Environmental Concern and Envirotech.
