Running through March, each of SoDel Concepts’ nine restaurant is featuring a dessert made with Girl Scout Cookies.

The public can sample all the creations and vote for their favorite March 30 at NorthEast Seafood Kitchen, 29 Atlantic Ave., Ocean View.

SoDel Concepts purchases 1,000 boxes of cookies to make the desserts.

— Papa Grande’s Coastal Taqueria, 210 Second St., Rehoboth Beach: Thin mints.

— Matt’s Fish Camp, 28635 Coastal Highway, Bethany Beach: S’mores.

— Bluecoast Seafood Grill, 1111 Coastal Highway, Bethany Beach: Toffee-tastic.

— NorthEast Seafood Kitchen, 29 Atlantic Ave., Ocean View: Do-si-dos.

— Catch 54 in Fenwick Island, 38921 Madison Ave., Selbyville: Samoas.

— Papa Grande’s Coastal Taqueria in Fenwick Island, 38929 Madison Ave., Selbyville: Savannah smiles.

The winner of the March 30 throwdown will receive the Matt Haley Girl Scout Cookie Cup, named after the founder of SoDel Concepts. The public is encouraged to make a donation.

At the end of each week leading up to the throwdown, SoDel Concepts will award a $100 gift card to the guest who posts the best photo of their Girl Scout Cookie dessert.

Take a photo with a digital camera, tag it with #GSCOOKIEMONTH and then post it to @sodelconcepts on Facebook or @sodelconceptsde on Instagram. Participants should mention where they dined.

A portion of the dessert sales will benefit the Girl Scouts of America.
